The OCAD U RBC Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers is working with creative agency Sid Lee’s design team to provide better representation of designers and artists of colour within the design community.

Sid Lee's designers of colour are sharing how they have navigated their individual careers through the agency space and beyond. Cultural identity plays a vital role in the development of a designer. By vocalizing shared experiences and providing a platform for conversation about design and diversity, Sid Lee is hoping BIPOC talent will find the confidence to enter the design industry either as designers themselves, collaborators, or any opportunity that comes their way.
